Curryhut in Montabaur

Have ordered through a delivery service. Ok in time. Food was warm, not hot. The packaging was broken, there was food everywhere in the bag, the soup was only half in the bowl. A shame for 5 euros. In terms of taste, it had little to do with Indian food. In our opinion, curry sauce was without curry but tomato sauce. The meat was good. The bread was a flatbread instead of a naan. Unfortunately we spent the rest of the evening in the bathroom. I feel sick to this day, 12 hours later. We struggle with stomach cramps. And the bathroom is still a popular place today. Absolutely not recommended if you are concerned about your health. We often eat spicy, hot and also Indian, so we have had no physical reaction to "unusual" spices etc. It's a shame, because for almost 40 € you can get much better food!

Food is good and very rich. Service very attentive. Hardly visited that evening, it may be because there is zero alcohol. I like a glass of wine or beer with my meal. Doesn't exist here

Amazing food and great service!

After a long stay at the Montabaur fashion outlet, my girlfriend and I looked for a place to eat quickly. After a short search we came across Curry Hut. The restaurant was initially inconspicuous, but inside we were greeted by a nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. Nothing became fast food, because we had to fight through the large number of sauces and the more than lavish main course. Very tasty curry and the nice atmosphere led to longer conversations. Also interesting is the variety of dishes on offer, which are offered for a more than humane price. We will definitely visit the restaurant again on our next visit to Montabaur. As a little tip: The homemade Naan bread with the sauce plate is highly recommended.

A restaurant with excellent curries. Delicious, fresh ingredients and good seasoning mixes make the food as we know it from Asia. Great value for money, most curries are around € 12 and the portions are large. We recommend the gambas in chickpea batter as a starter. We will definitely come back.

Great restaurant, it's our first time on vacation in Montabaur. Since my father has heartburn I asked no tomato sauce for the pizzas. You followed that up. I wanted a pizza without cheese, they did. The pizza tastes great so my family is thrilled !!!! Top!

The service was very friendly and the service was great. There is a huge selection of dishes and the portions are plentiful. The boss even had dessert on the house. Definitely come back!

Super super super delicious. The wait staff are very accommodating and the food is really good. Portions are okay in terms of size, we are very full after eating. The dessert was on the house. Interior is nice, toilets are okay - but could be a little more soundproof. The food tasted really good - definitely recommendable!

Indian food that doesn't really have anything to do with India. Here snack quality is given at restaurant prices. The taste was very thin, bland and it was not spicy as ordered but rather mild. I also have the suspicion that ready-made sauces are used there and not fresh ingredients and spices. Overall, I cannot recommend the Curry Hut. Also because the sauce plate is charged at the end with 5 € without this being explained or mentioned in advance.

It was the last day of school before the Christmas holidays, we ordered 3 family pizzas with some drinks from the school and I can't explain what the food was like! The pizzas were great and incredible, like I said, I can't explain it. All my classmates said that from now on we will always order in this restaurant !!! The driver was also not late and he was on time, and another amazing thing is that this restaurant is Indian and it has Italian food too! This is the best restaurant in Montabaur and I think it is also the best in Germany and I recommend this restaurant to all people reading this review! This fantastic restaurant deserves 5 stars !!!

We ordered the delivery service. Delivery was speedy, but unfortunately faulty. The fries were old, flesh pink but dry. All in all, the taste is not good. Judging by the price 2 starters, 2 main menus for 41 € absolutely not recommended.

Of course, we had to test Wow, a new Indian restaurant in Montabaur. Conclusion: Well ... The food is basically okay, the taste is what you expect. Where the grilled eggplant in the least spicy variety was significantly sharper than the Chicken Vindaloo in the harshest variant. Anyone who comes to the service, which consists of apparently unskilled temporary workers, and in terms of ambience and cleanliness does not come with too high standards, is in the curry Hut quite well cared for.
